CISDI and Taihang Steel signed a batch order for blast furnace cooling staves with our company in July 2019, based on their trust in our business integrity and product quality. The cooling staves were supplied for Taihang Steel No.1 and No.2 blast furnace projects.

In July 2019, CISDI and Taihang Steel signed a batch order for blast furnace cooling staves with our company. The order was placed for Taihang Steel No.1 and No.2 blast furnace projects.
This cooling stave order had a tight delivery schedule, heavy production tasks, and a large total quantity of 2,880 tons. It was also the first time our company produced six-pipe cooling staves for CISDI. This six-pipe cooling stave structure is a CISDI patented design.
The cooling water pipes were cold-bent in one step by our patented fully automatic pipe bending machine. The bending sections were smooth and clean, without wrinkles, cracks, or scratches. The ball-passing diameter met the required standards.
All indicators were strictly inspected by the on-site supervision team. The results met the technical requirements and were in line with, or better than, national technical standards.
Our company overcame many difficulties during production. We also solved construction challenges caused by low-temperature brick inlaying for cooling staves in winter. On January 18, 2020, all cooling staves for No.1 blast furnace were delivered. The customer completed the installation work within two days.
The gray iron cooling staves for CISDI-Taihang No.2 blast furnace were fully delivered on January 1, 2020. The ductile iron cooling staves for No.2 blast furnace were fully packed and delivered on March 20, 2020.
